Philly isn’t exactly an advertising mecca. But in the 15 years since its founding, Red Tettemer + Partners has grown into a 60-person creative shop with national reach (helped by its 2010 acquisition of agency Stick and Move). This year, RT+P ran its first Super Bowl ad—a Century 21 spot starring Donald Trump, Deion Sanders and speedskater Apolo Ohno. It’s also done well by building out its digital portfolio: A new campaign for Under Armour, for example, is aimed at helping the male-oriented sportswear brand reach female athletes via a contest inviting women to create social content chronicling their athletic exploits.
