Chief Creative Officer

Steve is co-founder of Red Tettemer + Partners and he touches everything that goes out of the agency door from a creative and strategic perspective. He believes people are smart and advertising should be too, and that the only real martini is made with gin. Some day...long after his teenagers aren’t teenagers anymore, he’ll settle down and start painting again, which is what his dad says he should have done all along.

Steve O'Connell

Executive Creative Director & Partner

Steve stalks the halls of our creative department and shepherds ideas to greatness over a bar he keeps at an unconscionably high level. In a prior life, at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Steve crafted campaigns for the likes of MINI, IKEA, Virgin Atlantic, Schwinn and truth, to name a few. He also founded an agency, STICK and MOVE. And has won enough Clios, Pencils and Lions to require their own bookcase. Oh, he also just started learning how to play the guitar. Sort of.

Carla Mote

Managing Partner, Account Management & Operations

After managing the Pacific Bell account, while at creative powerhouse Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco, Carla joined RT+P to handle the Comcast account, where she guided brand efforts, new product launches and all communications around their acquisition of AT&T. These days, Carla oversees agency operations and account management. She also readily admits to having a potty mouth, as well as unusually large lovies for her 175-pound lapdog, Henry.

Jared Scott

Managing Partner, Account Management & New Biz

Jared's former gig was managing partner of STICK and MOVE, an agency he co-founded with his partner Steve O'Connell. Before that, he did the smart, strategic account guy thing at agency powerhouses CP+B, Ogilvy & Mather, Young & Rubicam and WestWayne, mixing it up with clients like KFC, Miller Lite, Maxwell House, Marriott, the American Legacy "truth." In his spare time Jared runs marathons - both the 26.2 mile kind and the other kind called raising 4 kids.

Susan Fortin

vp, group account director

Je m'appelle Susan Fortin, otherwise known as Suze, otherwise known as Frenchy, otherwise known as Steak and Potatoes, otherwise known as Canadian Hockey Nut Extraordinaire. She spent 12 years in London, NYC, Los Angeles and Korea at big guy agencies Ogilvy & Mather and Leo Burnett. She helped launch products like the Razr for Motorola and developed global campaigns for Samsung. Though now a champion of Philadelphia, she's still got the large heart of a Canuck.

vp, Community Trailblazer, Social Media & PR Director

Many moons ago, Annie served as PR & Social Media Director at Marina Maher in NYC. But now she's our connecting maven. A true pioneer in the space, Annie was building online social graphs way before marketers uttered the words – social media. She knows her way around the blogosphere, Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, GetGlue, Scvngr and a bunch of other web haunts we haven't heard of yet. In fact, she probably discovered a new social platform while we were writing this.

Rachel Timmerman

Creative Media Strategist, Media Planning & Buying

Rachel is our resident media nerd. A Crispin Porter + Bogusky alum, she's a self-proclaimed "media agnostic." Rachel works with the agency's creatives to make sure the "what" always meets up perfectly with the "where." And she mind-melds with our media buying partners to identify the most relevant, effective and often uncharted, media channels. Rachel is a big fan of running, wine tasting, singing and knitting – though not necessarily in that order.

Uri Weingarten

Director, Digital Account Strategy

Equal parts tech know-how, strategic vision and fine cheese, Uri co-founded one of Europe’s first mobile marketing agencies in 2001 and did a tour of Asia with Japan’s largest interactive media group before bringing his digital smarts to the streets of Philly. Uri has developed digital strategies for the likes of The Coca-Cola Company, FOX, Warner Music Group, MGM and Britney Spears. But one of his proudest moments came when he helped his mom learn how to use a cell phone.

Joe Mosca

Production Kingpin

Mosca? Nobody really knows everything about Joe. We think he did a stint in the army and there was some sort of incident in St. Louis in the 60's. What we do know is that he can whip a mean production together whether the budget is grand or tiny and he can get you a reservation at the hottest joint in town...any town. He's been doing this for enough years to see just about everything and we're sure he caused some of it.

Bryon is an avowed suburbanite, avid outdoorsman, runner, sub-par flag-football player, father of two and oh yeah...he heads up a talented and tireless group of creatives at Red Tettemer + Partners. He's been with us for six years but his resumé includes firms on both coasts. Those who know him well can testify to Bryon's wicked experience across the fruited plains of branding, corporate identity, advertising, packaging, and interactive.

Todd Taylor

VP, Creative Director

Todd started his career as a graphic designer before moving into the strange and wonderful word of art direction. Ever since, he's crafted award-winning work at various agencies. Some days he's a phenomenal creative director. Other days, he's a badass photographer. And still others, he's a skillful musician and composer. And on really, really special days, if we ask nicely, he'll be all three.

Bill Starkey

Creative Director

After spending years at Mullen in the land of pork barbeque, a.k.a. North Carolina, overseeing work on Sealy, Wachovia Securities and La Quinta Inns and Suites, the pull of the north was too great. Bill joined STICK and MOVE in Philadelphia, overseeing all the art director types, and later RT+P. His work has been featured in The Art Directors Club, Communication Arts, The One Show, D&AD and Cannes. Bill lives in South Philly with his wife Heidi, and Thurston Howell the Shih Tzu.

Joe Zoltek

Studio Director

If it's one thing Joe's learned after 15 years in the biz, it's that you have to treat the printing of your sister's wedding invitation with the same care and precision of a half million dollar print job for a Fortune 500 client. There's no room for error. Ever. He's been running the RT+P studio for half a dozen years and thousands of mechanicals. Sometimes he pinch hits as an art director. Which is nice, because what client doesn't like a twofer?

Andy Joos

SVP, Finance

Andy was born under the sign of the snake. Which seems somewhat telling that he'd end up worrying about dollars and cents. He's spent a stint as a repo man. (Seriously.) And he's currently working on his MBA, singing his heart out on any stage that'll have him, and riding herd on the RT+P balance sheet. He's got a beautiful mind. But without that crazy, paranoid, mental breakdown part.

Woodbine

Doughy. Naturally aristocratic. Mostly toothless. Woodbine Avenue has a permanently cocked-a-few-degrees head because he sees life as a gonzotic Ralph Steadman illustration. He nuzzles staffers with weird old English romance affection. He's at least 14 years old, but has every last one of his claws. There's a salt shaker filled with catnip in the Elvis Room on the 25th floor. And it's his. All his.
