Philadelphia ad agency Red Tettemer has been including one very unusual item in its welcome package to new hires lately—it's carving each new employee's likeness on the head of a crayon. As you can see below, the results are pretty impressive. Of course, it helps to have a master crayon carver on staff in the form of associate creative director Steve Thompson. "When you have a crayon-carver in your midst, you use every opportunity to harness that creativity," says chief creative officer Steve Red.
